Shortly after signing up you will receive an email directly from Tim Grey with instructions on how to submit your questions, get feedback on your workflow, and more. Whenever you have a question or workflow concern, you can send an email directly to Tim, and you will receive a reply within 48 hours of receipt of your email.

The Premium Access program is only available to a small number of photographers who want the peace of mind of knowing they can get answers and feedback from Tim to help them truly optimize their photography and workflow.

Of course, it is impossible for Tim to know the answer to any question that might arise. But with Premium Access you will always get direct feedback, and Tim will do all he can to help ensure you get a solution to any challenges you face in your photographic workflow.
