About This Course

In this course Tim guides you through a variety of basic adjustments in Photoshop, employing a completely non-destructive workflow along the way. You'll learn how to optimize tonality using Brightness/Contrast, Levels, Curves and a flexible dodging and burning technique to "paint with light" for lightening or darkening specific areas of a photo. You'll learn how to optimize color with Color Balance, Vibrance, Hue/Saturation, and Curves. Perhaps more importantly, you'll gain valuable insights into how to approach your images to produce the very best results in Photoshop.
